"I am not sure all the the reviews written here are genuine, but i am a recent client who has gone through lot of pain points in my treatments associated with this clinic. I had visited Crono Dental Clinic for a dental implant procedure few months back, expecting a professional and transparent experience. Unfortunately, my overall experience was very very disappointing & the doctor ditched me with a bloody useless dental implant treatment in which it stays as a dummy teeth for visual purposes only. While the clinic appears well-maintained, I faced several issues with the service and communication. The explanations provided about the implant process and treatment options were unclear, and I often felt something off. There was minimal clarity on the procedure care, and my concerns were not adequately addressed after the treatment. However, Dr.Cibi is totally friendly that's the one plus as far as this clinic is concerned, but don't get carried away but his customer services, knowledge & experience beyond the door is not upto the mark for your money. Another major concern was cost transparency. The charges for the implant and related procedures seemed to increase at different stages, without proper breakdown or justification. I would have appreciated clear, upfront communication on the total treatment cost before starting the procedure. I believe the clinic has potential, but there is a definite need for better patient communication, transparency in pricing. I hope this constructive feedback will help others to improve their service standards."
